Morakile Tibane Attorneys Inc is a dynamic firm of attorneys situated at Melrose Arch North, Johannesburg. With the growing demand and needs, Mr Morakile and Mr Tibane joined hands to form Morakile Tibane Attorneys Inc. Our firm is driven by collective effort to deliver the best and practical approach to our clients. The partnership is inspired by the mantra that says "rintiho rinwe a ri nusi hove" meaning, "one finger cannot pick up a grain." All of these are a manifestation of a belief system where the collective supersedes the individual; interdependence is seen as superior to independence.

Mr. Morakile is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and the Founder and Director of Morakile Tibane Attorneys Inc. With 8 years of legal experience, he has established a reputable practice distinguished by strategic litigation, practical legal advisory services, and effective dispute resolution across both the public and private sectors. His practice is primarily focused on commercial and general litigation, with expertise in Constitutional and Administrative Law, Employment and Labour Law, Debt Collection and Dispute Resolution, as well as Eviction Processes, Family Law, Administration of Deceased Estates, Intellectual Property Law, Forensic Investigations, and the drafting and review of commercial contracts, policies and by-laws.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of the Free State before completing his articles of clerkship at Letsoelo Attorneys and the Legal Education and Development (LEAD) Practical Legal Training Programme. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Law at the University of Johannesburg.
Mr. Morakile has appeared before both the High and Magistrates' Courts, representing clients across civil, commercial and public law matters — from strategic legal advice and dispute resolution to the drafting of pleadings, legal opinions, affidavits and court processes. He is recognised for his meticulous preparation, persuasive legal writing and pragmatic approach to resolving disputes efficiently while safeguarding his clients' interests.
Notable Matter
Mr. Morakile formed part of the legal team representing Ms. Nomalanga Moroadi Selina Cholota in constitutional litigation concerning the lawfulness of her extradition from the United States to South Africa. The court found the extradition process undertaken by the National Prosecuting Authority — without the involvement of the executive authority — to be unconstitutional, in a matter that remains an important development in South African constitutional jurisprudence.

Mr. Tibane is the Founder and Director of Morakile Tibane Attorneys Inc., where he leads the firm's litigation and advisory practice. He is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with 8 years of experience spanning Commercial Litigation, Corporate Advisory, Employment and Labour Law, Family Law, Personal Injury, Constitutional and Administrative Law, and General Civil Litigation.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Free State before completing his practical legal training through the Legal Education and Development (LEAD) programme. He served his articles of clerkship at Mkhabela Incorporated, gaining a strong foundation in general litigation and personal injury claims, before completing his articles at DMS Attorneys with exposure to commercial litigation, corporate law, labour law, sports law and family law.
With litigation experience before the Magistrate's Court, Mr. Tibane has successfully managed matters from inception through to finalisation, including litigation strategy, legal opinions, commercial contract drafting, and regulatory compliance. Prior to entering legal practice, he built extensive experience in the hospitality industry across South Africa — a commercial background that strengthens his understanding of business operations, client service and corporate governance.
